Start off thin and as you move outwards along the lash line make it a little bit thicker, and make it go out a little past your eye at the end. (like the picture the person posted above)How do you get a classy cat eye with liquid eye liner?
Draw a line close to your lashes, and continue past the edge wit a tidy flick. Rest your arm on a flat surface as you draw to keep it neat. Make it thick for more in-pact, and draw a little black eye pencil inside you under lid for real drama.





This is more delicate but looks nice.
