the one by alamay works good. MAC is good to. as long as it dosen't falke off their all pretty much the same.
i like prestige. it is cheap and you can get it at drugstores. i swear by it.
I like mark liquid eyeliner. Most liquids tend to burn or irritate my eyelid, but the mark one doesn't. The brush is really thin and short so it is a lot easier to apply, and it lasts all day.

MAC has gel like eyeliners in a little pot. It stays on all day long. No smudging... No fading...
for the dept. brand one i like the mac one and from the drug store one i like the l'oreal one...both are pretty nice and stays on pretty good.
MAC liquid liner is the best! it comes in different colors and forms. its the best!
