What's a good liquid eye-liner??

I need one that won't smudge or flake, and defnitely doesn't look dull!

My fave would definitely be Fluidline from MAC. It doesn't smudge (especially when you're eyelids are oily), the colors are all super rich, and the container lasts me forever! You do need a brush since it is gel but I find it is easier to apply it that way.

If you want liquid application I would try Urban Decays liquid liner becasue they are SO vibrant or MAC's LiquidLast Liner.
