Bourjois do one called Liner Pinceau in Bleu Calligraphe - which is a cross between a royal blue and midnight blue. It has a metallic quality to it.





Urban Decay do some Blues and I suspect Barry M will also do one.

You can go to Rite Aid and look for the brand prestige they have all different color,their blue is really nice and if you want something cheap look for wet and wild they have them too. and if you want blue mascara look for maybellene they have the best blue mascara.And for any reason you are not satisfied you can take your recipt and get your money back,they give money back on make up products even if you open it,as long as you are not satisfied.I used to work at rite aid.Hope i helped!!!!
