i just bought jane liquid eyeliner. and don'tknow whatit does really orhow to use it.What does liquid eye liner do?
Wear it like normal eyeliner. It Gives a fuller affect. But i do warn if you use the wand provided you must do one fluid lining motion. You can't sketch it or it will look awkward and trampy. What i do is use an angle brush. Swipe a little of the liquid liner on you hand and put the brush on your hand to pick up the makeup.
