you probably shouldnt! it will get uneven and dissipate because of the moisture of your eyes. just use liquid on top and pencil on the bottom. :)鈾ow do u put liquid eye liner on the bottom of eyes鈾?

my advice to you is practice cauze the first time i tried it, it did bleed into my eye but its not that serious just wipe it off and try again....get KISS LIQUID eyeliner...or jus make sure the one you get have a hard little brush instead of a long soft brush.....

after u put it on the bottom, use a qtip to wipe some away so that it dosnt look bad, also it doesnt look like u have a lot of it on
you dont. it looks really ugly. you can see from my picture how hot I am and do you see any lower lid liquid eyeliner!! no... i didnt think so
umm. u DO NOT put liquid eyeliner on the botton because it hurts and it will get into your eye easily. and its unattractive. sorry. use pencil eyeliner for that;DDD%26gt;
well what i do it just put it on as close to the lash line as possible. then i just use a qtip and makeup remover to clean it up. i dont think it looks bad. i guess it depends on the person. %26amp;%26amp; i've nvr had problems with it gettin in my eye or gettin an infection. + plus i have contacts and liquid eyeliner doesn't even bother them.

well, i would say you put it like your putting on regular eyeliner. But then again if you mess up it doesnt come off easy.
it will cause infection so i'd say don't do it!

1st if u dont want u liquid eye liner look ugly n wear a water proof liquid eye liner.ok dont wer it inside u bottom eye


but outside ok.but for me im pro in make up so i suggest u to use just a water proof pencil eye liner.

just put white eye liner pencil inside u bottom eye before u wear a black eye liner out side u bottom eye ok,

no, do not use liquid eyeliner for the bottom. just the top. use pencil for bottom.
