MAC definitely, it leaves a clean line and stays on for a long time
Get the eyeliner from Bee-Luscious Cosmetics (Google them). It WILL stay on all day. It is a bit more expensive but it's worth it because it stays where you put it and you don't have to keep reapplying.
Try Gel liners or as often called ';pot'; liners. They are hi intensity,and won't fade or smudge .They are great for all day wear. They come in all sorts of colors,styles,and prices...here are a couple of web site of some store that carry them check them out. Trust me they are fabulous I wouldn't go back to liquid liner for anything ;-)

MAC or Clinique (but make sure its waterproof if you plan on being around water)
water proof mascara, when you pull out the brush you always get the extra on the end right so take the brush run it allong your eyelide and whip upthe extras makeing a nice neat line that satys on all day and it really works
Bee-Luscious has really GREAT eyeliners that stay on all day. You can't beat their quality. It is available on-line. They also have one with chamomile and aloe if you have sensitive eyes.

I like to splurge a little on eyeliner, and go for Estee Lauder. Theirs is really good, never had a problem with them. And it lasts a REALLY long time.





Also, to keep eyeliner, in general, on longer...try brushing a translucent powder over your eye lid, it gives the eyeliner something to hold onto, instead the natural oils in your eye lids, which make the eyeliner melt off.

I also put concealer on underneath my eyeshadow/eyeliner to help it stay on longer.

Smashbox cream liners!!! I love Smashbox period. But there eyeliners are amazing! You apply them with an eyeliner brush. They last all day and don't smudge! They come in really beautiful colors too!
