since recently ive been quite new to liquid eyeliner, practice makes perfect. If i was you i would only put it on the top eyelid. start from the inner corner, make this bit of the line smaller and then press firmly with the brush all the way along and do any type of flick you want. Make sure the outer apart of the line is thicker. If it is a bit wobbly at the top of the line then just go over the line again more firmly and slowly.How to use liquid eye liner?
I always use liquid eye linear on the top of my eye and the trick is to be very careful and steady, and let it dry before you open your eye or start doing something else. If you mess up try using a wet Q-tip, if not, just completely take it off with make up remover
What brand of eyeliner are you using? Maybe you should try another eyeliner. Anyway, there's videos on youtube that show you how to apply eyeliner, it's very easy.
Put your elbow on the table or counter so your hand is steady. Then with your hand slightly pull your eye lid taught on the side of your eye ( but not too much!) then carefully slide the brush across the lid
