I don't know how the ';scene'; kids these days are wearing their liquid liner but here are some tips:





Make sure to wipe one side of the tiny little brush on the container so you don't get too much.





Stay as close to your lashline as possible.





Always have Q-Tips around to fix little mistakes.





If you want to ';wing'; the liner to make it look more cat-like, dot one small dot on the outer corner of each eye, where you would like your ';wing'; to extend to. If you aren't that expereinced with liquid, this helps it appear more even.





Don't use it too heavy/thick or on your bottom lash line until you feel more comfortable. Practice makes perfect, so it's up to you to take the time %26amp; effort to make it look good.
