How do I put on liquid eye-liner?

How do I put on liquid eye-liner? Usually I just use retractable eye-liner, only it rubs off after an hour or so, plus I can't seem to get my top eye-lashes done.

ok well its actually really easy if you have a steady hand, dont try putting it on the inside of your eye because that will hurt. soo what you do is basically start at the inside of your eye(the part by your nose) and just make a straight line going out go slowly, try not to make the line to thick unless thats what your going for... and if you want to make a dramatic line you should make it go up like a little bit before the end.How do I put on liquid eye-liner?
Draw a skinny line as close to the base of your eyelids as possible. Start at the inside corner of your eye and work your way out.

Experiment with lining the bottom of your eyes the same way for a more dramatic look. When lining your bottom lids, go in the opposite direction: start at the outside corner, and work your way inward.
Use pencil to make a line that will guide you, pull your skin to make your eye skin tighter so it goes on smooth... You can also find it tutorials on youtube! :)

Or you can use cream/gel eyeliner (MAC, Clinique) which is easier to use and last long, doesn't smudge.
i have the same problem applying liquid liner. what i do is use the black pencil first to create a perfect line, then i go over it with the liquid. it gives it the same look.
Pull the outer part of the lid out to the side a little, so it doesn't move, and apply as close to the lashes as possible.

Hope that helps!

:D
you do it the same way as you would a pencil or retractable eye-liner.
Close your eye's really slightly and then ask someone to put it on for you.........
