How do you apply liquid eye liner?

I can handle crayon and twist-up eyeliner just fine, but I always mess up when I try using liquid eyeliner.How do you apply liquid eye liner?

Just remember, less is more. Liquid eyeliner tends to apply really thick really quickly, so use fluid, light strokes. If you can, try and use it only on your top eyelids, close to your eyelashes. Liquid eyeliner is mostly used for the Amy Winehouse, cat-eye/winged thing.
try to put your finger at the end of your eye and stretch it out a little so it doesnt get wrinkly when you put it on the top eye lid. Go as close to the eye lashes as possible. For the bottom, you need to stay away from the eye, but still have it close.
if u want to do the wing i always lean my elbow on something to steady it than get as close to the lash as possible but dont make it too this and if you want to put it on the botton use the regular stuff otherwise you could get it in ur eye and turm it black
u need to let the liner paint dry for a sec before u let ur eyelid go i think
