Cheap liquid eye liner thats easily applyied to both bottom and top without making a big messs !! ???

Most liquid eyeliners can be a big mess if you are a beginner at using them. You have to practice applying them because they can be difficult and tricky. Try getting a liquid eyeliner that doesn't have bristles on the brush. Instead, get one with a small, spongy application brush. It can sometimes be hard to tell when buying. If you can, try opening the product in the store, to see what kind of brush it has.

Prestige liquid eyeliner: Has an easy to apply sponge brush and is rather cheap. You can buy at an ULTA Beauty shop. They sometimes have it at WalGreens.

I have always used Bourjois Princeau Eyeliner, its the BEST.

It lasts all day after it dries, and easily washes off with soap and water which is handy if you make a mistake when you are trying to make flicks or you smudge your upper eyelid. Its about 拢6 I think, but It lasts for ages, for me i use it nearly everyday, and it lasts me a good year, I am also stingy so when it starts to thicken up, i just dilute it with a little water or wet the brush, which is also really good as its not too thin and easy to control.Cheap liquid eye liner thats easily applyied to both bottom and top without making a big messs !! ???
If you don't have many experience with eye liner do NOT use liquid as you'll be burning your eyes, use pencil and see if you can take the sting of when eyeliner gets in your eyes.

You need to find a good wand that's used to apply the liner, not a good brand.
