Liquid Eye-liner?

I am looking for liquid eye-liner, is Almay liquid eye-liner good? do you have any other suggestions? try to keep it in the affordable price range!!!! thank you!!!!!!Liquid Eye-liner?
If price is an issue, the Almay one is great beacuse it had the foam applicator not a bristled brush. Another great way to go but its about a $40 investment is a liner brish and Black Fluid line Gel liner from Mac.Liquid Eye-liner?
maybelline is good, so is cover girl

I suggest non-water proof version of liquid liner.





here's why:





You put the liner on, and ';oh crap!'; -one side's thicker than the other, or a different shape... You can wet a regular Q-tip and w/o even pulling the eye lid taut (which does make it harder to complete an identical look on both eyes) u can easily correct the mistake.





As for a good brand... Don't be fooled, unlike pencil liner, liquid (especially non- water proof), is basically all the same. if it caused eye problems it wouldn't be on the shelf. (it's not like foundation, which is directly applied to the skin)


Wet %26amp; Wild -drugstore $1.99 liner- is cheap and does a great job.





I will only use a good brand for other things like powder bronzer ect. but eye makeup is fun and should be in-expensive.
