How to apply thin eye liner and wear to buy it? (no liquid liner please)?

okay so i always have trouble with eye makeup. i'm horrible at applying eyeliner, and the only time i've ever used eye liner was when i used a colored eyeliner bu it looked like eye shadow. i want to know how to apply thin eyeliner to make my eyes pop. how do you do that?How to apply thin eye liner and wear to buy it? When you put it on bottom, lay it on thick, but try ti stay away from the bottom lashes. When you are putting eyeliner on on the top get the lashes first, if you mess up who cares? After you get to the lashes go over it again from the outside in so you can see the line with your eyes open, the smudge from the top down towards your lashes with your fingers, this really makes you eyes pop and gives you a subtle smokey look.How to apply thin eye liner and wear to buy it? I use a black eye shadow and an angled make up brush. Dab the brush on the shadow and then draw it on. The angled brush helps put it in place and keeps the line pretty thin and if you want to make it thicker you can. Make sure to stay close to your eyelashes.

Put your finger under your bottom eyelid and pull down. You should have a clear view of the thin line above your bottom eyelashes. Then look through a mirror and colour the line in.

To apply thin eyeliner, just put it on the top and bottom. (For the bottom, put it on above the eye lashes. [the pinkish red part.]) it may hurt/be tricky at first, but ull get the hang of it!! good luck and hope i helped!! (:
try a Jordana self advancing eyeliner... you can buy them at walgreens and best of all they are $0.99 so you can buy a few and try them out... and if you don't completely like the outcome you aren't out of a ton of money! :)
apply a soft kohl pencil to your lashline, then smudge. It's simple, quick and pretty awesome looking.
