Pencil eye liner or liquid?

which do u like more?Pencil eye liner or liquid?
both. pencil for bottom and liquid on top because it wont smudge [it smudges more on my top for me and winds up everywhere]

both are good but use liquid for ur lids ( DO NOT put it in ur eye) because it doesnt really ware off, use Wet'nWild liduid eyeliner but dont use the felt applicater use the normal brush.

i would defiantly use a pencil...with my experience the liquid eyeliner tends to smear. another thing about liquid is it gets in your eye...and its very hard to get out without ruing your other makeup
I use a combination. Liquid on top, pencil on edge and bottom. and black eyeashadow.


although with liquid you will need practice to do a nice job!

I like liquid. It's a little trickier to apply, but I just like the definition and cleanness of liquid. Not much of a smokey eye girl..
for beginners i prefer a pencil, they also give more of a smokey look. liquid gives a nice clean line and requires more control. i like liquid :] especially revlon colorstay eyeliner
I think it depends on how old u are. 12-15 pencil. its quick and not as messy or smeary. 16 and up i would prefer liquid. Its more sharp and define. Black liquid eyeliner really makes the color of your eyes pop!
Pencil. Because it doesn't look as harsh and it doesn't take time to dry like the liquid does.
