i have regular black liquid eyeliner, and i want to make it waterproof so that when i go swimming tomorrow, it does move, or run on my face.TIPS NEEDED
and goggles arent an option,
a)i dont have any
b)i look terrible in them
and i CANNOT buy new eyeliner, im going tomorrow first thingEye Liner!!! How can make liquid eyeliner waterproof even through swimming in chlorinated pool?????!?!?!?1?
Dont wear your eyeliner so thick and dont touch your eyes when your hands are wet. it should stay on... if not// bring a mirror and your eyeliner just in case.
