Blinc makes a black liquid eyeliner that is waterproof and will only come off when pressure is applied. I have slept in it and showered in it and it will not budge. You have to rub the area vigorously for it to be removed.Ladies, your favorite Liquid eye liner?
The Collection 2000 one, it is 拢1.99 so incredibly cheap, lasts forever and stays on all day but is easy to get off! Perfection!

I hardly ever wear liquid eyeliner, so I just have a cheap NYC one for when I feel like playing around with liquid liner.
Bourjois. I find it really easy to apply and it's a really intense black. Doesn't smudge either which is a bonus!
Prestige if you want it thick and it lasts all day..Rimmel if you want it quite thin.
