Does any1 know good ways of applying liquid liner& can i use it at the bottom of my eye?

Can i apply liquid liner on the bottom part of my eye.. where Pencil liner usually goes?





And can i use liquid AND Pencil at the bottom?


and if so wat ARE SOME GOOD TECHINEQUES TO APPLY IT??

get an eyeliner pencil with a spongy tip on the end and use that to blend or smear the eyeliner where u want it. yes u can wear it under your eyes.just use some that does not smear. if u want to wear some above your bottom eyelashes, the brand ';rimmel'; (walmart) goes on very easily. hope that helps. i can't live without my eyeliner!Does any1 know good ways of applying liquid liner%26amp; can i use it at the bottom of my eye?
i usually wipe access liquid on the side of the container before applying it that way it wont run, yep you can wear on the bottom

the same way you put on regular pencil liner, and yes you can put it on the bottom of your eyes!! it looks good too!!! hope i was of help!

if you put it close, it will fall in and burn and sting your eyeballs


too far and it will make you look like a dog

The best thing to do is set aside a day to sit in front of your bathroom mirror and practice practice practice. I always had the hardest time putting on liquid liner on my lids. The trick that really works for me is to place a finger at the end of your eye and lightly pull down and back so that your lashes are out of the way. Then(be careful not to put too much!) swipe the liquid liner across your lid. I don't like liquid liner on the bottom of my eyes, it tends to make the eye look smaller, but it looks good on some people, so try it both ways to see what you like best.
I would stick to one or the other...not both on the top, but a pencil at the bottom.. the best way to apply liquid liner is by using a fine tip angled brush and follow your lash line as close as possible. You should try the cream liner bye MAC... it's really easy to use with a brush and come in really cool colors. IF you are doing the bottom also... stay close to your lower lash line but it would probably be easier with a pencil..
I wouldn't recommend liquid eyeliner for your bottom eyelid because if your not careful you could get it in your eye and.. well OUCH! To apply a ';stick'; of eyeliner you can pull down the eyelid and apply like that. Just be sure you are paying attention otherwise you can poke yourself in the eye with it and it does not feel good!

Steady hand, fix with a Q-tip when you mess up. Liquid liner on the bottom is trashy--you can smudge a pencil and make it look more faded and classy.
